What's the Job? Conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support development processes, ensuring designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and reliable. Coordinate with engineering personnel to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. Provide technical guidance and act as an internal consultant on complex projects, sharing expertise to enhance project outcomes. Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to optimize design solutions and improve overall project efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence. What's Needed? Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed design analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Proven ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
