You will serve as a technical authority for the design, development, and lifecycle management of complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBs). This will go beyond standard layout to lead architecture strategy, establish enterprise-level design standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as a technical authority for the design, development, and lifecycle management of complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBs). This will go beyond standard layout to lead architecture strategy, establish enterprise-level design standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Responsible for high-complexity multi-layer designs using Cadence, OrCAD, Allegro, navigating rigorous electrical and mechanical constraints while powering AI driving automation and advanced scripting. Proven experience in highly complex PCB design and electrical engineering (advanced)
  • Expert tooling Mastery of Cadence, Allergo, or OrCAD, and experience with enterprise PLM systems. Deep expertise in high-speed digital, RF signal routing, and high-power switching. Expert level of EML/EMI mitigation strategy and low-cost fabrication parameters.
  • Strong Python for engineering-specific automation. Proven ability to mentor junior staff and articulate complex tech requirements to executive stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Key skills would be PCB with multi-layer design using Cadence, OrCAD, or Allegro.
PLM systems, RF signal routing, high power switching, and EML/EMI experience.
MUST HAVE
Python experience as well.
