Ford Racing is a small team of dedicated engineers who turn mainstream Ford Vehicles into extraordinary performance machines. We are looking for an engineer with prior manufacturing experience and a strong quality background to the Raptor Program / Launch STA leader. Ideal candidates for this position will have experience with Program, Core and Site STA functions as well as strong technical and relationship building skills. Assessing and mitigating supply / quality risks with our supplier partners will be critical for success and significant collaboration with the Ford Racing engineering and program management teams will be required.
