Now we need to add a Senior Electrical Engineer with healthcare experience to help us keep building. Working with our Electrical team, you will help develop construction documents, including drawings and specifications, while supervising and mentoring other staff. You will collaborate with a diverse team of multidisciplinary consulting professionals, with a particular focus on healthcare projects including hospitals, laboratories, and medical office buildings. What You'll Do Collaborate as an integral part of multidisciplinary project teams Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders Supervise and mentor engineering and design staff Participate in projects from planning and design through construction Design and specify electrical, lighting, and building systems Develop and maintain electrical design calculations Support the design and delivery of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, laboratories, and medical office buildings Conduct site visits and perform field investigations Provide construction administration and project support Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality standards are met Manage multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously Write proposals, define scopes of services, and develop project budgets What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or equivalent) Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) or working toward licensure Prior electrical engineering experience on healthcare projects, including hospitals, laboratories, and/or medical office buildings Familiarity with the National Electrical Code, International Building Code, applicable energy codes, Health Care Facilities Code, and Life Safety Code Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Experience with power distribution, lighting and building systems, and arc flash risk assessments Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer Our staff members enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness reimbursement and activities Reimbursement and support for tuition, continuing education, and professional/personal development Vacation and sick time, volunteer PTO, parental leave, and paid holidays Opportunities for hybrid and flexible schedules 401(k), profit sharing, and stock ownership opportunities through our employee ownership program And more!
