Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC programming, electrical design, and a solid understanding of industrial automation systems. Familiarity with stamping processes or stamping plant environments is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement control systems using mainly Allen-Bradley , Siemens , Rexroth and possible other Controls platforms. Create and maintain AutoCAD Electrical schematics and documentation. Troubleshoot and optimize electrical circuits and control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and automation projects. Participate in commissioning, testing, and validation of control systems. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Self motivated with high morals and ethics of work. Works and accomplish tasks with few directions and minimal supervision. Qualifications Proven experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for control panel and circuit design. Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical circuits . Experience or familiarity with stamping processes or working in stamping plants . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or comparable years of experience in the same field. Experience with HMI development and Familiar with plant networks. Knowledge of safety systems and standards.
