ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Bloomington, Minnesota, USA Direct Hire | Fully On-site $91,000 - $140,000/year We're looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and production support of HVAC/R tools, machines, and accessory products. What you'll be doing: Lead new product development projects from concept to production Design electrical circuits and work with low-voltage PCBAs Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers Develop test plans, specifications, BOMs and engineering documentation Support production, troubleshooting, vendors and product improvements
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering ✅ 8+ years of new product design experience ✅ Experience leading engineering projects ✅ Strong 3D CAD and electrical circuit design skills ✅ Experience with low-voltage PCBA and EDA software ✅ Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
Preferred:
