Minneapolis Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Electrical Design Engineer to support the development of advanced mixed-signal electronic products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCB design, analog circuitry, product development, and compliance-focused engineering within regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, aviation, or industrial safety systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience Strong experience in mixed-signal PCB design, analysis, and simulation Hands-on experience with analog circuit design Experience using ECAD tools for schematic capture and PCB development Proficiency with Altium Designer preferred Experience with EMC-compliant electronics development preferred Knowledge of FMEA methodologies and control techniques Understanding of full product development lifecycle from concept through market launch Key Responsibilities Develop mixed-signal PCB and PCBA designs through analysis, simulation, and validation Support schematic capture, PCB layout, component placement, and routing activities Design, build, and test electronic systems from bench-level development through verification and validation Develop engineering subsystem specifications aligned with customer, regulatory, and system requirements Collaborate with
PCB/PCBA
designers throughout product development activities Participate in all phases of the engineering development lifecycle Lead engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering/manufacturing change orders (ECOs/MCOs) Ensure designs meet applicable compliance and performance standards Support cross-functional product development teams to achieve successful product launches
