Job Responsibilities Participates in multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets and transaction activities. Applies intermediate knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Assists in preparing and reviewing technical accounting analyses and client deliverables. Coordinates engagement tasks and supports execution timelines. Collaborates with team members and specialists to support integrated service delivery. Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. 4-7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts. Preferred Qualifications CPA or progress toward CPA. Experience supporting audit readiness or complex accounting initiatives.

Additional Role Expectations Travel:

Up to 25%.

Progress toward CPA where applicable.

Compensation Range:

$88,900 - $168,300 Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
