You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to drive reliability, minimize production interruptions, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, pneumatic, and conveyor infrastructure to extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions to restore production flow rapidly and effectively. Document all maintenance activities and repairs within a CMMS to maintain accurate asset history and performance data. Collaborate on the installation and integration of new machinery, upgrades, and system modifications. Proactively identify potential mechanical or electrical hazards through routine facility inspections. Champion safety standards and regulatory compliance to protect team members and maintain a secure work environment. Participate in reliability-centered initiatives to optimize machine efficiency and reduce long-term operational costs. Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience utilizing various hand and power tools in a technical setting. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate industrial work environments. Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence. Preferred Skills Technical certification in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, HVAC, or electrical systems. Direct experience maintaining automated material handling systems, robotics, or high-speed conveyors. Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, sensors, drives, and motor control circuits. Background in fast-paced manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse maintenance operations.
