Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Starkville, MS area.

$90,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities
  • Lead medium/long-term plans for electrical assets to support safety, cost, and production goals
  • Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Apply electrical standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.) and design best practices
  • Support operations with critical systems (switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators)
  • Oversee design, analysis, and validation for reliability and manufacturability
  • Execute multi-discipline asset improvement projects
  • Perform lifecycle cost and risk analysis of equipment
  • Maintain asset integrity records and ensure compliance inspections
  • Drive maintenance strategies and plant reliability programs
  • Monitor energy usage and capacity requirements Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5-7+ years in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments
  • Project management experience required
  • Strong power systems and high-voltage knowledge
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ETAP preferred
  • Experience in chemical or process industries is a plus
  • Background in asset lifecycle/reliability engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills #JDP
