JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for an Engineering Designer to join the team! This is an onsite position in Roanoke, VA. Will be fully in the office to design a variety of work orders focused on Power and Electrical Distribution projects. The role utilizes client-specific software and offers full training! This company offers room for growth with exposure to different projects and teams! This is a long term, stable opportunity.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Associates or Bachelors in Engineering-related field, example degrees: Engineering Technology, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Geography, Construction Management, etc Ability to sit onsite Great customer service skills AutoCAD experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Utilities, Electrical, or Power Distribution experience someone who can read utility mapping, blueprints etc.

Compensation:

$18/hr - $20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
