What You'll Do In this engineering-driven role, you'll be the go-to expert for electrical troubleshooting, test support, and failure analysis across production builds, prototypes, and customer returns.

Your day-to-day will include:

Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues across production, NPI builds, and customer RMAs Performing root cause investigations using structured methods such as 5Y, Fishbone, and board-level analysis Collaborating closely with Test and Quality teams to drive product enhancements and ensure reliable performance Supporting test engineering with technical insights to reduce failure rates and optimize test processes Executing hands-on board and circuit testing to validate quality and confirm corrective actions If you like rolling up your sleeves, digging into schematics, and getting to the bottom of problems, this role is for you. What You Bring Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) Strong background in board-level troubleshooting and failure analysis Proficiency in circuit testing and electrical diagnostics Understanding of root cause analysis tools and methodologies Ability to communicate findings clearly across teams and drive solutions Bonus Skills That Will Make You Stand Out Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Testing) or flying probe systems Knowledge of RMA workflows Familiarity with test automation tools or manufacturing test environments Why You'll Love Working Here This is not a desk-only engineering role you'll be hands-on with real hardware every day.
