The Role Sofina Foods is looking for a driven and experienced Project Engineer to join our engineering team. In this key role, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Working closely with engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership and project oversight, promoting collaboration and innovation throughout each stage of delivery. You'll also play an active role in identifying opportunities for improvement, helping to drive efficiency, embed best practice, and support the company's long-term strategic goals. You will bring:

Extensive experience in project engineering and project management, with a track record of successful delivery. Strong technical and organisational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Strong electrical knowledge essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, confident at all levels of the business. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable). A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving efficiency and best practice.
