This position will work closely with operations, maintenance, project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to support plant safety, reliability, and production objectives. Key Responsibilities Electrical Systems Engineering Design, analyze, and maintain medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems. Develop electrical specifications, drawings, and calculations for new installations and system modifications. Conduct load studies, short-circuit analyses, arc flash assessments, and power quality evaluations. Support the operation and maintenance of substations, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and backup power systems. Manufacturing Process Support Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures to minimize downtime and support production schedules. Provide electrical engineering support for melting, refining, rolling, forging, heat treatment, and material handling operations. Improve equipment reliability by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
