About the Role As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will serve as a vital contributor to our facility's uptime by managing complex electrical infrastructure and high-performance machinery. You will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to drive operational excellence and ensure our production systems run at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Execute complex repairs and routine maintenance on 120/208/240/480 voltage distribution systems. Drive equipment reliability by proactively troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Optimize machine performance through expert-level maintenance of servo motors and motion control systems. Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols by conducting thorough machine safety inspections and compliance audits. Support high-output manufacturing by servicing industrial hardware from major manufacturers like Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation to track system health and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related technical field. Deep technical proficiency with multi-voltage power systems (120/208/240/480). Proven ability to diagnose and repair PLC and VFD-driven industrial equipment. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills Formal electrical certifications or state-recognized trade licenses. Direct experience working with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, or Siemens control platforms. Advanced knowledge of servo motor calibration and industrial safety standards.
