The company has a long established presence in Central New York and a growing customer base. Schedule Full time, onsite in North Syracuse, NY. Compensation $140,000 to $160,000 base salary, plus an annual profit sharing bonus tied to company performance. What You'll Do This role designs, tests, and improves embedded electronic controls, and collaborates on new product development from concept through production. The Senior Electrical Engineer creates and reviews electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred) and evaluates test plans, performs peer reviews, and ensures product reliability. The role also leads troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support, and participates in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives. The position works across a broad range of product offerings and applications, drawing on an established component and schematic library spanning basic transistors through integrated chips and RF modules. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting Experience creating and reviewing electrical schematics Preferred Qualifications Experience with Altium or OrCAD schematic design software Experience in a vertically integrated manufacturing environment (design through production) Familiarity with RF module design and integration Compensation and Benefits $140,000 to $160,000 base salary, plus profit sharing bonus Medical insurance Dental insurance PTO and vacation 401(k) with company match To apply, please submit your resume for consideration.
