#26-00608 About the Opportunity Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a growing Industrial Equipment Manufacturer in the Alliance, Ohio area to recruit a skilled Electrical Controls/Automation Engineer. This is a pivotal role for an engineer who thrives in a hands-on environment, working with cutting-edge industrial conveyor and bulk material handling systems. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from defining scope and designing electrical schematics to programming and onsite implementation.
Responsibilities System Design & Programming:
Develop and test PLC software for PC-based, Allen Bradley, and Siemens systems.
Project Engineering:
Define project scope, implement technical solutions, and ensure all deliverables are met on-time and within budget.
Automation Strategy:
Develop specifications for industrial drives and automation systems tailored for heavy-duty material handling equipment.
Electrical Documentation:
Utilize AutoCAD to generate precise electrical drawings and schematics.
Technical Support:
Perform network connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with clients and field technicians.
Field Execution:
Travel to client sites for commissioning and support, including working comfortably at heights up to 100 feet.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience in PLC development and testing.
Technical Proficiency:
• Strong command of Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC platforms. Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
Communication:
Professional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction.
Safety and Compliance:
Strict adherence to company-mandated, local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Physical Ability:
