5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting required. Blank slate programming with Allen Bradley software required.
Role Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize PLC logic to enhance processes, ensuring systems comply with operational and safety standards. Interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams to inform system design and integration. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and data analysis to resolve complex control system issues. Troubleshoot and analyze critical control issues across multiple manufacturing systems. Define process and control specifications, aligning project requirements with operational objectives. Lead root cause investigations for persistent problems and implement permanent solutions. Provide technical leadership for site-wide control and automation projects, and support downtime events requiring advanced controls expertise.
Role Key Requirements:
Bachelor's (B.S.) degree in Electronics Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or a combination of education and experience). 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing or system integrator having worked with the following systems:
Wonderware System Platform & Rockwell Suite of Software:
Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk 5 + years of experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley systems. Role Personal Attributes Analytical & Detail-oriented
