Support electrical and instrumentation engineering design activities, including:
Low- and medium-power distribution system design and layout.
Electrical substation design.
Short-circuit analysis.
Grounding and lightning protection.
Electrical heat trace design.
Wiring diagrams and schematic development.
Conduit, cable tray, and underground duct bank design.
Instrument selection and specification.
Control valve and primary element sizing.
Instrument loop diagrams, location plans, and installation details.
Interconnection and wiring diagrams.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in electrical engineering, with experience in electrical substation design.
Active PE License in Indiana, Illinois, or Ohio.
Strong technical writing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Experience with engineering software applications such as SKM and/or heat tracing software.
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation engineering principles and design practices.

The Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for the engineering of assigned projects, including analysis of problems, development and implementation of solutions, and maintaining project scope, schedule, and budget. This individual will serve as a technical advisor and provide senior-level guidance to junior engineers while mentoring and training new employees.Job Duties:
