Onsite•onsite Responsibilities Lead electrical design, schematics, and power distribution for automation equipment and plant systems Produce schematic packages, panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and I/O drawings in CAD Prepare BOMs and procurement requests within budget and timeline Test and measure systems to confirm they meet design tolerances/specs Drive project tasks to meet deadlines per specs, requirements, and milestones Coordinate schedules with Production, Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, and vendors Verify designs stay on budget and on schedule Review project stages for design/process improvements Maintain plant health and safety compliance Define machine/equipment functions and UI needs with project and sales managers Review schematics with customers and answer questions Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5-10 years related experience AutoCAD Electrical experience with schematics, panel layouts, power distribution diagrams Able to select/size power supplies, breakers, contactors, VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, safety relays, sensors Able to calculate panel heat dissipation and specify cooling/ingress protection Able to design cable/conduit schedules and interconnect diagrams for industrial cabling Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Excel, Word Works independently and on project teams System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
