Successful candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from an accredited electrical engineering university. 9+ years of experience Perform client-facing lead duties on numerous projects and is proficient in all our typical software programs (REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM360, ACC, AGi32, Visual, COM-Check) Prepare engineering documents and equipment specifications to meet contracted scope of work. Ensures application of electrical engineering principles and design guidelines. Provide construction observation, inspection, and field support such as: answering RFIs, reviewing and approving equipment submittals, and recording existing conditions. Mentor interns and co-ops working under his supervision on his projects and assists other electrical engineers on their projects as needed. Develop cost estimates for the electrical scope, creates project plan and project schedule. Obtain basic understanding of other trades such as architectural, mechanical, civil, and structural. Strong time management skills and pays close attention to details. Adaptable, agile, and responsive to quick changes in direction Ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and other stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and work well in a team. Actively demonstrate initiatives and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.

Compensation Range:
