What You'll Do As a Controls and Software Development Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating control systems that solve real-world problems for our clients. From initial concepts to final implementation, you'll see projects through every stage:

Engineer and Configure :

Create robust control solutions (PLC, HMI, DCS, and Networks).

Develop and Integrate Software :

Design, code, test, debug, and document software to meet diverse client requirements.

Analyze and Adapt :

Collaborate with clients to refine specifications and tailor solutions that exceed expectations.

Startup and Troubleshoot :

Commission new systems at client sites and provide support for existing setups.

Project Collaboration :

Work closely with clients and colleagues, applying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Network and Virtualization :

The ideal candidate brings:

Education :

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Control Systems Knowledge :

Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Wonderware (or similar).

Networking & Virtualization :

Familiarity with networking (OT) and virtual environments.

Project Planning :

Capability to plan tasks, set schedules, and meet deadlines.

Technical Acumen :

Ability to read software logic diagrams and interpret vendor software design specifications.

Documentation :

Strong written communication skills for technical documents.

Software Proficiency :
