Oversees multidisciplinary engineering efforts to ensure system performance, compliance, and successful delivery within program constraints. Requirements Position Details- Aerospace Engineering

- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- 6+ years of excellent leadership skills demonstrated in a new development, dynamic environment
- 6+ years of excellent communication skills - written and verbal, in person and remote
- 6+ years of hardware integration
- 6+ years of requirements development
- 6+ years of systems analysis & design skills
- Experience with product lifecycle design, integration, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems
- Key product lifecycle milestones such as System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Qualification Readiness Review
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Ability to anticipate, plan, and direct execution of own work and that of the team

- Collaborating with a military customer

- Leads a multidisciplinary engineering team in the development, certification, and delivery of automated test equipment for aerospace systems
- Represents complex system designs across programmatic, functional, and customer organizations as the technical authority
- Coordinates design, analysis, and test activities to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements
- Defines system architecture and ensures alignment with requirements and mission objectives
- Oversees integration of hardware and software components within test and operational environments
- Drives execution of system lifecycle activities, including design reviews and readiness assessments
