Job Description

The Automation Controls Engineer will design, fabricate, program, install, modify, and repair all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. You Will Have the Opportunity to: Develop electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles. Generate electrical schematics and documentation necessary to install and troubleshoot control system and interface it to other system components. Perform PLC/HMI/Automation Controller programming with emphasis on program reliability, safety and ease of updated troubleshooting documentation. Define scope documents for new and existing equipment from external providers. Establish product acceptance criteria. Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design including electrical requirements.
Education and Experience Required:
B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or demonstrated required capability as an Automation technician for 5 years. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
