Job Overview:
The Controls Engineer at Glenro is a key player in the successful implementation of projects requiring expertise in control systems and automation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing control systems, and ensuring seamless integration with overall project objectives.Organizational Structure:

- Collaborates with:
Electrical Engineering Team, Mechanical Engineering Team, Project Engineers Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, automation, and PLC programming.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for control system design.
- Familiarity with HMI design and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and implement control systems for machinery and processes.
- Develop PLC programs and HMI interfaces for control and monitoring.
- Ensure seamless integration of control systems with overall project designs.
- Collaborate with the electrical engineering team to ensure electrical designs align with control system requirements.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support during project commissioning and startup.
- Stay updated on advancements in control system technologies and automation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of control system design standards.
