high-voltage equipment including transformers, switchgear, generators, and related power distribution components., Hands-on experience designing and supporting power distribution systems, including developing one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, system layouts, and performing load calculations. Must Have Experience in power system design, analysis, and simulation (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, PSCAD, Simulink or similar tools) Experience of high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, and switchgear reviewing deliverable from contactor's engineering drawings Understanding of grid integration and renewable energy systems Experience in supporting procurement processes for electrical equipment and materials, with established industry contacts for sourcing reliable vendors and suppliers Familiarity within construction field Experience with participation of the commissioning, testing, and startup of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with design specifications As an Electrical Engineer III, you'll manage complex projects that directly impact operations. Works on the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities Promotes the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability Provides technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both new construction and upgrades to existing facilities Participates in complex engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budget constraints Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards across electrical systems and project execution Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and external customer needs Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR bachelor's degree in engineering technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and (4) four years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industryPreferred:
Master's degree in electrical engineering from ABET accredited college or universityJob Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills?
