Scranton, PA (Commutable from: Wilkes-Barre, Kingston, Dunmore, Clarks Summit, Moosic, Hazleton) Are you an Electrical Engineer with building services design experience looking to take the lead on your own designs and progress toward partnership and part-ownership of the business? On offer is genuine technical ownership of design projects from the outset, a clearly defined route through Project Manager, Associate, and Senior Associate, and the chance to buy into the business rather than waiting decades for the opportunity. This is a well-established, mid-sized consulting engineering practice working across a genuinely varied project base, spanning industrial, commercial, and developer-led schemes. Small enough that your work is visible and your progression is not capped by hierarchy, they offer a level of influence and long-term opportunity that larger, more established firms simply cannot match. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical design across a broad portfolio of building projects. You will analyse project scopes, establish design parameters, and develop the systems before handing drawings to the drafting team to produce. You will work alongside the wider electrical department, attend project meetings, review deliverables, and carry out occasional site surveys, with full support toward your PE if you are not already licensed.
