Electrical Reliability Engineer

$160,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Healthcare + 401(k) + PTO + Excellent Benefits Are you an Electrical Reliability Engineer from an industrial manufacturing background looking to take ownership of site reliability and improve the performance of critical electrical systems?

This is an excellent opportunity to become the go-to engineer for electrical reliability, with significant autonomy, specialist training, and a clear pathway into a senior technical role. The company is a global industry leader with a strong reputation for investing in its facilities and developing engineers from within. In this role, you will focus on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, identifying root causes of failures, and supporting major electrical upgrades across the site. This would suit an experienced engineer looking to move into a high-impact reliability role with long-term technical progression.

The Role:

Drive electrical reliability across a large manufacturing facility. Lead root cause investigations and equipment improvement initiatives. Improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. Improve uptime, asset performance, and long-term equipment reliability.

The Candidate:

Electrical or Reliability Engineering experience within industrial manufacturing. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and power distribution. Experience with RCA, preventative maintenance, and reliability improvement. Looking for long-term technical progression.
