Responsibilities:

Support and lead teams of electrical engineers and designers. Serve as the primary design interface with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure design quality and schedule alignment. Provide technical direction on complex electrical power projects from conceptual design to construction. Support proposal efforts on RFPs. Lead design teams and mentor junior staff within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related degree 10+ years of electrical design experience. Auto
