What You'll Do Drive Technical Excellence:

Perform advanced electrical design and analysis, including capacity calculations, system layouts, equipment selection, and life-cycle cost evaluations.

Lead Projects End-to-End:

Manage projects from conceptual design through construction administration and final closeout, consistently meeting scope, schedule, and budget targets. Serve as

Engineer of Record:

Sign and seal engineering drawings, ensuring strict compliance with engineering codes, design standards, and professional rules of conduct. Partner with

Clients:

Act as the primary engineering contact for customers, present technical proposals, lead project meetings, and build long-term, trusted relationships.

Mentor and Develop Talent:

Supervise and guide junior engineers, manage workload distribution, conduct regular reviews, and lead internal training sessions like Lunch and Learns.

Collaborate Multidisciplinary:

What You'll Bring Licensure:

Active Professional Engineer (PE), or working towards it would be preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Experience:

5+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, with a strong preference for data center or mission-critical projects.

Technical Mastery:

Deep expertise in medium/low-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and lighting/alarm systems.

Software Skills:

High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and industry-standard electrical design tools.
