Key Responsibilities Lead instrumentation and control system design for industrial/process facilities. Develop control philosophies, P&IDs, specifications, datasheets, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams. Work with PLC and DCS systems including Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, and Honeywell. Lead engineering/design teams and manage manpower and project schedules. Prepare engineering hours, installed-cost estimates, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate with clients, plant teams, construction teams, subcontractors, and local authorities. Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance to engineering/design staff. Ensure designs comply with ISA, NFPA, API, ASME, OSHA, and applicable regulations. Support field activities and travel to project sites when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Engineering discipline. 10-15 years of engineering design experience. PE license required. Strong experience with instrumentation and control systems. Experience in chemical, refining, petrochemical, or specialty chemical plants. PLC/DCS experience. Field/project leadership experience. Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
