The organization has a long history of engineering innovation and provides end-to-end solutions including design, manufacturing, automation, and equipment integration. Due to continued growth and long-term succession planning within the engineering organization, they are seeking a Electrical Engineer to join their team in Rhode Island. Job Description Design electrical systems for custom industrial machinery and equipment. Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts. Develop and update electrical documentation using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or SolidWorks Electrical. Specify and integrate Allen-Bradley PLC hardware, control components, and related electrical devices. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders throughout the design process. Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving as needed. Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal engineering practices. Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization. Associate degree with relevant industry experience will also be considered. 5+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally within an OEM manufacturing environment.
