Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our manufacturing or industrial site. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, manage maintenance repair procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and reliability in maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and high/low voltage equipment. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations such as OSHA. Oversee the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters to diagnose electrical or mechanical faults. Coordinate projects involving facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA safety standards, including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems management. Lead safety training sessions for team members on proper maintenance procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response protocols. Manage facilities management documentation, including inspection reports, safety logs, and compliance records. Requirements Proven experience in supervising industrial or manufacturing maintenance teams with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high/low voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in managing facilities maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial environments and electrical work. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with engineering troubleshooting techniques using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate large-scale repairs or upgrades efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English for team coordination and reporting purposes. Relevant certifications in electrical systems repair or HVAC are highly desirable; experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
