Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for our products/projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop electrical systems, components, and products Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Perform circuit analysis and calculations
  • Develop and conduct testing procedures for electrical systems Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions Write technical documentation and specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations Support product development from concept through production Evaluate and select electrical components and suppliers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering Proficiency in circuit design and analysis Experience with PCB design and layout Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent project management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Experience with power electronics and control systems Knowledge of embedded systems Familiarity with programming languages (C, C++, Python) Experience with signal processing and communications PE license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
Technical Skills:
Circuit design software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad) Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB) Test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators) Microsoft Office Suite The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
