- Celebrate both individual achievements and collective wins About the Role As an Engineer within our Power & HVAC division, you'll provide technical expertise across multiple locations, supporting electrical engineering needs for contractors, commercial clients, and industrial partners.
- Design and develop electrical system plans for site-specific projects
- Create one-line diagrams, methods of procedure (MOPs), arc flash studies, and plot plans
- Evaluate site conditions and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot field installation issues and provide practical resolutions
- Offer technical guidance and engineering support to our Power & HVAC sales team
- Deliver virtual and in-person technical training for technicians
- Review proposals for technical accuracy and feasibility
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a degreed electrical engineer
- EIT/EI certification or eligibility is a plus
- Solid understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards
- Familiarity with power generation systems, especially diesel generators
- Knowledge of arc flash safety standards (NFPA 70E)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SKM, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients Why join us?
