Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance functions of a high-precision manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for driving process optimization, capital projects, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee CAPEX and maintenance programs, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, support new product introductions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, over 10 years of engineering leadership experience in industries such as battery manufacturing, extrusion, polymer processing, specialty films, or other continuous process manufacturing environments, along with strong expertise in project management, process improvement, root cause analysis, and technical leadership.
