In this vital role, you will serve as a versatile support member within the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations across various stations. Your energetic approach and culinary enthusiasm will help maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. As a Kitchen Floater, you will have the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in food preparation, menu execution, and food running while supporting different areas of our food service operation. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances in compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Adapt quickly to different kitchen stations as needed, providing flexible support across the culinary team Follow recipe adherence and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality Run food to tables Requirements Be comfortable with stairs Basic knowledge of food industry standards Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Join us as a Kitchen Floater and become an essential part of our culinary team!
