What You'll Do
Initiate communication with resources external to company (suppliers and contractors) for consistency and improvement initiatives
Develop detailed budgets and timelines and oversee cost tracking for capital improvements
Evaluate project scopes and potential risk factors. Provide accurate budgeting forecasts and highlight cost-saving opportunities to mitigate financial risks.
