Job Description
Job Summary APS Innovation provides engineering and field support services in the secondary battery production equipment industry, with a primary focus on laser equipment. The company currently supports five U.S. sites where business travelers from the Korean headquarters and locally hired employees work together. This position is on-site located at 3001 Donald F. Pkwy, Spring Hill, Tennessee. Training will be held in Lansing, Michigan. The position requires regular communication with project managers, employees, business travelers, customers, vendors, and internal departments in both Korean and English.
Responsibilities Engineer Support Production and Maintenance On-Site Troubleshooting:
Responding quickly and effectively to equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. Engineer is responsible for keeping the records of all preventative maintenance and troubleshooting works.Preventative maintenance:
Conducting regular inspections, testing, and preventive servicing of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure reliable and continuous operation. Develop and implement operational training manuals Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements. Customer service.Production Support:
Working closely with production teams to monitor equipment performance, optimize process efficiency, and maintain product quality.Safety and Compliance:
Following strict safety standards and operational protocols within the production facility to protect both personnel and equipment. Short-Term/ Long-Term Travel may be required as a part of the job responsibilities.
