2989446388-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer III to support high-speed beverage manufacturing operations. In this onsite role, you will design, program, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; troubleshoot electrical controls; and lead automation projects to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. You'll collaborate with maintenance and operations, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for production equipment. Troubleshoot electrical control issues to minimize downtime and improve line reliability. Lead controls projects for new equipment, upgrades, and line integrations. Develop and maintain electrical schematics, documentation, and standards. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to improve process performance. Implement and support industrial networks and communication protocols. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and automation enhancements. Support commissioning, testing, and validation of new or modified control systems.
