Why you should join us Positive, team-focused, and inviting work environment Stability and longevity in the industry Opportunity to work with industry-leading infrared inspection technology Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) with generous company match Paid time off and paid holidays Why we need you Plan and conduct infrared inspections of energized electrical equipment Interpret complex thermal images and distinguish legitimate deficiencies Review electrical loading, equipment ratings, temperatures, and operating conditions Establish thermography procedures, inspection routes, acceptance criteria, and reporting formats Assign severity and priority classifications to identified deficiencies Prepare professional reports with thermal and visual images Provide technical review and approval of reports Train, mentor, and evaluate thermography personnel Maintain infrared cameras and inspection records Support predictive maintenance and reliability programs What we're looking for Current Level III Infrared Thermography Certification Extensive experience conducting electrical and mechanical infrared inspections Advanced knowledge of heat transfer and thermal image analysis Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems Familiarity with NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements Strong technical writing and communication skills Rogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
