DESCRIPTION
- At Fisk Electric, a Project Executive is the engine behind some of Houston's most complex electrical construction projects.

- you will have the opportunity to: + Lead multiple (1-2) concurrent electrical projects with total contract values of $20M-$80M, maintaining full accountability for safety, quality, cost, and schedule outcomes + Provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of Project Managers, driving consistency in project execution and professional development across your team + Establish and maintain client and industry relationships that generate new project opportunities and strengthen Fisk's market presence in Houston and beyond + Partner with the Preconstruction Department during the pre-bid and pre-construction phases, including budget reviews, scope analysis, and constructability assessments + Lead the development and management of GMP and Lump Sum contracts, applying a thorough understanding of Fisk's cost model, labor projections, and risk exposure + Interface with owners, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability and value engineering issues throughout negotiation and contract execution + Conduct WIP reviews and weekly/monthly job cost analyses with Operations Managers, reporting on project progress, financial performance, wins, and losses + Oversee master project scheduling in coordination with Fisk's Scheduling team, developing look-ahead schedules and identifying critical milestones and risk areas + Champion Fisk's quality control and safety programs, ensuring all project work meets specification, design, and regulatory standards at every phase + Review and ensure compliance with owner contracts in alignment with Fisk's established standards and project management framework •
REQUIREMENTS
- + High school diploma or GED + 7+ years of progressive management experience with an electrical subcontractor, including direct oversight of project teams + Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects of $20M or greater from pre-construction through closeout + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead across field, office, and owner environments •Preferred•+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a closely related field + Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling and QA/QC tools + OSHA 30 certification or active electrical license •_Fisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
