Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Level 4 Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Utilize advanced troubleshooting tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to identify faults accurately. Conduct electrical diagnostics and maintenance on industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and control panels. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance or repairs. Execute welding tasks in accordance with established safety standards and technical specifications, including welding techniques when applicable. Manage work orders efficiently using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and inventory. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues and implementing process improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with production teams regarding maintenance schedules and downtime mitigation strategies. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, schematics, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Requirements Proven experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including reading electrical blueprints and schematics, along with experience in electrical systems repair. Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and automation equipment effectively. Skilled in welding techniques specific to standards or equivalent certifications; experience with welding preferred. Valid certification or experience operating scissor lifts safely; familiarity with industrial electrician practices is a plus. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues swiftly and accurately. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals fluently in English; excellent communication skills required for teamwork and customer service interactions. Knowledge of CMMS platforms for work order management; experience with HVAC/R systems is advantageous. Must possess a valid ammeter and ohmmeter; experience with electrical diagnostics tools is essential.
