August 10, 2026 Space Dynamics Laboratory ( SDL ) is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to work on electronics boards and subsystems for satellites and space-based sensors for our Strategic & Military Space Division. The ideal candidate works well within a team, is proficient at circuit board design, test, and debug, and likes to take their designs from concept through to design, test, and launch. Come work with a great team of engineers in beautiful North Logan, Utah. The Strategic & Military Space Division delivers advanced satellite and sensor systems that support the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Our division is a key component of national security, providing technological solutions and expert mission support. Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or graduate degree in electrical or computer engineering + 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a BS, 3+ years with a MS, or 0+ years with a PhD + Demonstratable experience with electrical circuit design, analysis, and test + Proficient at testing and troubleshooting digital and analog systems in a laboratory environment + Ability to lead teams in design reviews + Strong written and verbal communication + Strong organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities + Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance + Must be able to travel occasionally Let us know in your application materials if you possess any of the following desired qualifications: + Top Secret Clearance + Experience in high reliability design for space and/or military systems + Understanding of radiation considerations in electronic design + Experience as a technical lead + Experience with high-speed communications interfaces + Experience automating testing of electronics + FPGA programming experience + Embedded systems experience •Salary Range + $90,000 - $160,000 + Salary commensurate on education and relevant experience This range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as role, level, location, market conditions, and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
