Controls Engineer Intern Qualifications and Education Requirements An engineering student working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and/or experience in a military or industrial control engineering environment. Tends to work well in a team environment or independently with little supervision.
Interest and exposure to:
HMI design PLC logic/troubleshooting Rockwell (Allen Bradley) Siemens PLC networks implementation/troubleshooting Ethernet/IP Profibus Electrical panel design/documentation Control Systems Desings/troubleshooting OEM Automation Systems integration VFD programming/troubleshooting Basic CAD - Schematics, Panel Design Preferred Skills Troubleshooting skills utilizing a multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc. Microsoft Office Project management
