- Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- + BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Demonstrated experience in design and integration of utility-scale renewable and battery storage systems.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Current professional engineering license (PE) and ability to attain additional states by comity + 8+ years of relevant experience preferred + Proficient in industry software such as Homer, NREL SAM, ForgeSolar, and Helioscope + MV AC Collection System Design Experience + Protection and Controls Experience + Knowledgeable in power system modeling in ETAP and/or SKM + Strong familiarity with the NEC, as well as related codes such as IBC and
NFPA 855
+ Familiarity with utility practices, industry codes and standards (NESC, IEEE, PIP etc.). + Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to lead engineering tasks + Experience on full EPC, Design/Build projects from start to finish. + Capable of system financial estimation (Capex, Opex), PPA recommendation and calculating ROI + Special design experience: floating PV, fuel cells, agrivoltaics, super capacitors, etc. + Field construction and commissioning experience- Additional Information

- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $100000 to $130000.
