Electrical Test Engineer responsible for developing and improving electrical test processes, programming and verifying control systems, and designing test equipment and fixtures. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required. Associate degree in Electrical Engineering may be considered with relevant industry experience and active pursuit of a BSEE. Test Engineering experience developing, improving, and implementing electrical test processes. Experience with Schweitzer PLCs, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Siemens PLCs, relays, or industrial control systems. Experience programming, configuring, and verifying relays and control systems. Experience designing and building electrical test equipment, fixtures, and test stations. Experience implementing test process improvements. Preferred Skills Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting. Experience building wire harnesses. Experience building electrical assemblies. Experience with relay programming and industrial control systems. Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve electrical testing processes. Program, configure, and verify relays and PLC-based control systems. Determine appropriate product testing methods and procedures. Evaluate existing testing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and build test equipment, fixtures, and test stations. Recommend testing equipment and system improvements. Implement improvements to increase test efficiency, quality, and reliability. Troubleshoot electrical systems, test equipment, relays, and control systems. Provide technical direction to Test Technicians. Support test process optimization and continuous improvement activities.

Pay:
