Qualifications 0-5 Years of Experience in Electrical design experience Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business is preferred. Must Be able to lead and develop the electrical team, communicate with the architectural team, overseeing department, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations. Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build relationships with clients and subcontractors. A working knowledge of the National Electric Code. Basic familiarity with Revit modeling and drafting ability. Evaluate Incoming project opportunities. Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. #VIS
