Monday to Friday The InVictus Group is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in facilities management for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to play a key part in a growing engineering team at a large commercial building in Racine, Wisconsin. You will be part of an established team of 12 responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation and optimization of the building's electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the facility. Perform planned and preventative maintenance on electrical distribution systems, switchgear, panels, generators and related building systems. Respond to electrical faults and breakdowns, carrying out effective troubleshooting and repairs. Monitor building systems performance and identify opportunities for improved reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety, electrical and regulatory requirements. Support energy management and sustainability initiatives. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar role within a commercial environment. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, controls and building services. Relevant electrical qualification or certification. Experience with preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What's on offer : Competitive salary up to $80,000 + Company Benefits.
