Full Job Description Summary:
Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design and commissioning of industrial automation systems using Rockwell Automation platforms. 7+ years of industrial controls engineering experience Proficiency in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley
PLC & HMI
programming Experience with EtherNet/IP and industrial networking Expertise in VFDs, servo motion, process control, instrumentation, and safety PLCs Ability to read and review electrical schematics Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer support
Responsibilities:
Design, program, test, and commission automation systems for OEM equipment Develop PLC/HMI applications using Rockwell Automation platforms Create control strategies and review electrical schematics Troubleshoot complex controls issues ensuring system reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering and manufacturing Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in programming standards Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
